I’m finally indulging my passion for Tarot, after squelching it for a long time. I got serious about adding to my collection of decks and now have over 120 160. That’s still a small collection, considering some people have well over 1000. I read ’em, study ’em, collect ’em, pile them up on any available surface. I have my favorites, and some that I looked at once and never touched again. Oh well.

If you’d like to see the list of my collection, it’s here.

Mostly I’m a pretty average person. I work in an office, never have enough time to do the things I like to do, have way too much yard to look after, love to ride my bike when the weather allows, eat lots of chocolate, recycle everything I possibly can, love to read, love to write, and would give my eye teeth to have a house at the beach.

I knew you had a thing for Tarot but I had no idea you were so into it! Very interesting new blog. I would like to know more about Tarot but it still kinda scares me because it’s supposed to be so deadly accurate.

Hah haha! 🙂 Thanks for coming by the new place. I’m still fussing with the decor.

Ok, I have to ask because I hear this all the time and it kind of baffles me: Why would the Tarot being accurate be scary? I mean, don’t you want it to be? Why else bother with it? And really, it’s only as accurate as the question asked and the reader’s ability/knowledge. I feel a post percolating now, maybe I should do a quick write-up on what it is and what it isn’t 🙂

And seriously, if you have any questions about it, feel free to ask. I’d be happy to answer anything I can.

I’m glad I came across your blog. I have around 5 decks just lying around the house which I acquired mostly because of the artwork. I hope to learn more about Tarot cards from you. I’ve been wanting to learn about it for as long as I remember.

      Hi Alias,
Thanks for coming by. Best way to learn the Tarot is to use it, do daily card draws, and read up on whatever card you pulled, practice reading for friends. I can suggest some good books to start with if you like. There are lots of online resources as well.

I collect many decks for the artwork, there are many beautiful decks out there, and more coming all the time! Welcome aboard! 🙂

120 decks! I was worried I was collecting too much with 13 decks – you have just inspired me 🙂
